LIVE FIT was established in January 2010. I've been dedicated to pursuing a healthier lifestyle, through nutrition and exercise. I believe in preparing your body and mind for life's journey. I am 100% natural. If you put in the hard work, the results will come. We all have an ability to achieve great things if we stay focused on the task and when consistent, the results will come. These come faster if you are extremely disciplined, but there is no quick fix. My job is to help you gain that control and self discipline that you need because everyone has the ability to achieve a better life, and how to tap that potential is different for everyone. I will help you meet your goals and get you the results you seek, if you are willing to dedicate yourself to make the necessary lifestyle changes. Remember this, if it were always easy, everyone would do it. But the work do you put in, you are the beneficiary of, so don't waste your valuable time.

LUCAS JAHN, CPT, MOst

Being exposed to different forms of therapy during his career as a youth football player, Lucas has found his passion with osteopathy: a manual therapy most commonly applied to musculoskeletal disorders. Following his masters degree at Oxford Brookes University and working at the BodyHoliday, he is joining LIVEFIT to provide the best possible care, to reduce your symptoms and let you enjoy life to its full potential.
Further, than his interest in osteopathy, he also uses his knowledge of nutrition (with a special focus on sports nutrition) and cognitive behavioral therapy, to aid in overcoming injuries and chronic pains. It is the key principles and the holistic approach, which differentiate osteopathy from other manual therapies, as it results in our therapists not only diagnosing the symptomatic (or pain-producing) tissues, but also the maintaining and initially predisposing aspects to the issue. This form of therapy can be used for a variety of conditions most commonly of musculoskeletal origin, but can also be used for such things as headaches, nerve pain, abdominal pain and post-surgical care.

Erick is a professional MMA fighter and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt with years of experience in combat sports. He specializes in BJJ, boxing, and self-defense, offering practical, high-level training for all skill levels. One-on-one sessions are available by appointment only.

KELLY RIBEIRO, TEACHER, COACH, CO-OWNER
Kelly is a certified personal trainer and experienced physical education teacher with over 20 years of expertise in teaching and coaching a wide range of sports and fitness activities. She currently coaches high school athletes in track and field, while also working with both elementary and high school students to build strong foundations in physical fitness and athletic performance.
Kelly offers personalized, one-on-one training sessions by request. Her approach combines decades of hands-on experience with a deep understanding of movement, motivation, and long-term athletic development.
